 Current physicals are required in order to try out. All players must bring evidence of a current physical to tryouts on the first day

• August 14th - Parent/Athlete Team Meet and Cookout @ 5:00 pm (Harrison Ave. entrance of Umstead State Park)
• August 16th - 2-mile time trial (All athletes must run in order to earn their uniform)

After tryouts on August 2nd,  practice will be held at school on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7 am.  On Wednesday, Friday and Saturday practice will be held at Schenck Forest off of Edwards Mill Rd. at 7 am.  This will continue until school starts.
