May  - Congratulations to the 13 students who have made it to the first round of the National Merit Scholarship competition. 

Art Awards  

May - Sophomore John Legg recently received second prize at the Ninth Annual Cary Fine Arts League Teen Show, and Kathleen Hardin and Karen Schaeffer, both seniors, received honorable mention.

Spain Trip 2008 

March  - Applications are now being accepted for next year's school trip to Spain.

Events

Senior Luncheon

Seniors continue graduation festivities with the senior luncheon on Monday, May 14 at noon in the gym.

Music in May

The Musical Theatre Club and Choral Ensembles will perform `Welcome to the Cabaret`, a musical review, on Wednesday, May 16, at 7 p.m. The performance is free and will take place in the school theatre.

Student Recognition

The student recognition ceremony will take place tonight, May 14, at 7 p.m. in the school theatre.

Stewardship Liturgy

Our final all-school Mass of the 2006-07 school year will take place on Tuesday, May 22. The Mass will celebrate the many blessings of stewardship in our community by first recognizing members who have shared their gifts of time, talent, and treasure. 

HSA Spring Gala '08

The Cardinal Gibbons High School Home and School Association's Spring Gala will be held on April 18, 2008.
